You can request deletion of your SEVER account and all associated personal data at any time.
How to delete your account
Option 1 (in-app):
Open the SEVER app → go to Settings → tap “Delete Account”
Option 2 (email request):
Send an email to: [email protected]
Subject: Account Deletion Request
Include the email associated with your account.
What data is deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently delete:
- Your account information
- Your email and user ID
- Your streak and habit tracking data
- Your check-ins and logs
- Your journal entries and personal data
- Your community posts and activity
Data retention
We do not retain your personal data after deletion, except where required for legal or security purposes.
Important
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
